Soilux Shipping Policy
1 Shipping Locations
- Soilux currently ships products within Australia only.
- We do not ship to PO boxes unless expressly stated at checkout.
2 Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to factors outside our control.
3 Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout for convenience only.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and external factors.
4 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
- Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5 Risk of Loss & Delivery
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- If a product is lost or damaged during transit, Soilux will assist the customer in lodging a claim with the carrier and will take reasonable steps
to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6 Failed or Incorrect Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
7 Delays Outside Our Control
Soilux is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
