Soilux Terms of Service
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Soilux website, purchasing a Soilux product, or enrolling in a Soilux subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase Soilux products.
2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the website or purchase Soilux products.
- By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3 Products & Intended Use
- Soilux products are designed for domestic households, residential, and commerical food waste processing only.
- Products must be used in accordance with the instructions, manuals, and safety guidance provided.
- Misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside intended purposes may void warranties to the extent permitted by law.
4 Orders, Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Soilux reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or cancel orders affected by errors.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice.
5 Subscriptions
Where a purchase involves a subscription plan, the Soilux Subscription Terms apply in addition to these Terms of Service. In the event of inconsistency, the Subscription Terms prevail.
6 Intellectual Property
- All content on the Soilux website, including trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Soilux.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
7 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, where Soilux is liable for a breach of a consumer guarantee, Soilux’s liability is limited (at its option) to one or more of the following:
- Replacement of the product;
- Repair of the product; or
- Refund of the purchase price.
Soilux is not liable for losses caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorised modification of the product.
8 Indirect & Consequential Loss
To the extent permitted by law, Soilux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from use of the website or products
9 Third‑Party Services & Links
- The Soilux website may contain links to third‑party websites or services.
- Soilux does not control and is not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
10 Changes to Terms
- Soilux may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
- Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published on the website.
- Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
